We've worked hard to retain all the rustic features that makes The Holly Bush at Salt so unique, whilst bringing the decor up to date.
The Holly Bush at Salt is one of the oldest pubs in England, and we were determined to make it the quintessential Great British country pub. Therefore, not only have we retained the thatch roof, but inside you'll find log burners, exposed bricks and old oak beams, and outside the garden has been completely re-turfed to provide a beautiful setting for long summer afternoons.
We've retained the focus on great quality locally sourced ingredients, offering freshly cooked traditional pub food make on site by our team of experienced chefs.
We hope you will fall in love with The Holly Bush at Salt as much as we have.
We've tried to balance our menu by introducing new dishes that we hope you will enjoy, whilst also retaining the staple favourites of old, for example a Greek style lamb dish, and breaded mushrooms.
